Prayer Cloth Ministry

Here at Westwood Church we believe in the power of prayer. We realize that there are times when you cannot attend or be present in one of our services. One of the Evangelistic Ministries here at Westwood Church is our Prayer Cloth Ministry. The prayer cloth you will receive has been anointed with oil, prayed over by the prayer team and others, and will be sent to you as a reflection of Acts 19 11-12 which reads: "And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons and the desease parted from them, and the evil spirits went out of them." We understand and preach that healing comes from Jesus, not a prayer cloth. Yet prayer, unity, and coming together over a need or request, does move the heart of God. The prayer cloth is just a piece of cloth that brings us together in faith. Enclosed you will find a prayer cloth along with a reading of Acts 19:1-2. We are not asking you to attend our church, we are asking that you let us join you in faith through this prayer cloth in a request that God would move in your situation and show himself strong through healing.
